ABOUT THE SESSIONS
The exercises are chosen so that everyone can adjust the difficulty (load, speed etc.) according to their own skill and fitness.
ROOM & MATERIALS
The sessions are held in room 1. We use different gear for different stations in the circuit, e.g. barbells, kettlebells and medicine balls.
The sessions are booked in our app, on our web page or by drop-in if there are spots available. Collect your ticket at the latest 10 minutes before the session starts, in the registration computers located at our entrances.
