CARDIO CROSS

A high intensity interval workout following a circuit. We use functional strength and fitness exercises performed at high intensity with only short stops for rest.

ABOUT THE SESSIONS

The exercises are chosen so that everyone can adjust the difficulty (load, speed etc.) according to their own skill and fitness.


ROOM & MATERIALS

The sessions are held in room 1. We use different gear for different stations in the circuit, e.g. barbells, kettlebells and medicine balls.


BOOKING

The sessions are booked in our app, on our web page or by drop-in if there are spots available. Collect your ticket at the latest 10 minutes before the session starts, in the registration computers located at our entrances.

TO CONSIDER

Wear suitable shoes for the workout and bring a water bottle, the sessions are 60 minutes long. Note that cardio cross can be held outside during summertime and your regular gym shoes might not be suitable for outdoor use.
