BODYPUMP™

BODYPUMP™ is a fun and effective strength workout in a group setting. Almost all exercises are done using a barbell. BODYPUMP™ is a program created and choreographed by Les Mills International, New Zealand.

ABOUT THE SESSIONS

Through Les Mills International, the music and the exercises are changed every third month to give a varied and effective program.


ROOM & MATERIALS

BODYPUMP™ is held in Room 2 and the equipment used is free weights, barbells and step boards.

BOOKING

The sessions are booked in our app, on our web page or by drop-in if there are spots available. Collect your ticket at the latest 10 minutes before the session starts, in the registration computers located at our entrances.

TO CONSIDER

The equipment consists mainly of free weights. Be sure to arrive in good time to collect weights and step board. Wear good workout shoes for indoor purposes.


CONTENT

The BODYPUMP™ trainings are either 60 or 45 minutes long.

In the 60 minute sessions there are 10 songs, each dedicated to one of the following parts of the program:

  • Warm-up
  • Legs
  • Chest
  • Back
  • Triceps
  • Biceps
  • Legs
  • Shoulders
  • Core
  • Stretching

In the 45 minute sessions, biceps and triceps as well as legs and shoulders are combined in one song respectively. Apart from that, the program is the same as for 60 minutes.
